About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (GoLang) with a strong background in backend engineering and working knowledge of AI concepts (Agentic AI, LLMs, ML basics). The ideal candidate will excel in designing and developing scalable, high-performance systems using GoLang, while also applying foundational AI techniques to enhance automation, intelligence, and efficiency in software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and microservices using GoLang.

• Collaborate with product, AI/ML, and DevOps teams to build scalable and intelligent applications.

• Apply basic AI/ML concepts (Agentic AI, LLM integrations, intelligent workflows) to real-world engineering problems.

• Optimize systems for scalability, concurrency, and fault-tolerance.

• Contribute to API design, system architecture, and performance tuning.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in GoLang, AI, and distributed systems.

• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.

• Strong expertise in GoLang with a proven track record of building scalable applications.

• Solid knowledge of concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.

• Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Basic understanding of AI concepts:

  • Large Language Models (LLMs) integration basics

  • Agentic AI workflows (autonomogoal-driven AI systems)

  • Foundational ML/AI techniques
